Hongyuan automated production line

Hongyuan's automated production line is developed and designed by us. It can significantly improve the quality of products. This is because we are designed to eliminate human errors, ensuring that each product is made to the same exact specifications. Automated machine lines are a great way to reduce costs and increase efficiency in the manufacturing process. By automating the manufacturing process, Hongyuan can increase production speed, reduce labour costs, improve product quality and increase safety. And it also means that any issues can be spotted and addressed before they become a problem.

Company history

1997year: Founded originally as a furniture company, we begin business in Guangzhou, China.

1998year: Hongyuan begins to technology cooperation with solid wood sofa factory which is top grade in Taiwan，China.

1999year: Hongyuan comes out with a new technology initiative that the structure of solid wood sofa brought innovation impact.

2000year: Always the pioneers,we start doing business on every international furniture fair.

2002year: Hongyuan took the Premium hotel furniture to the everywhere of China and became China’s pure furniture specialist.

2003year: Hongyuan cooperate with designer from New Zealand, Canada and USA separately.It would have been a year that redefines many original furniture in line with international aesthetics which use boat wood and renewable materials.

2004year: We introduced the first version of the production line of Infrared Sauna. Royal saunas started the journey as the first sauna brand in Hongyuan and has been in the forefront serving the market ever since.

2004year: Through acquisitions a Australian-invested shutters factory from Qingyuan since that year, the company has steadily become a force to be reckoned with.

2004year: Have the honour to won the “The most influential brand in Guangdong furniture industry”

2007year: Have the honour to won the “Top 100 enterprises in Guangdong furniture industry with comprehensive strength”

2008year: We became the leader of furniture manufacturing industry in China since we acquisitions a Hong Kong-invested shutters factory from Dalian.

2008year: Have the honour to won the “Excellent enterprise in Guangdong furniture industry”.We are also the appoint enterprise of "A cooperative plan between 1,000 CHN and U.S. SMEs".

2012year: Have the honour to won “Top 10 enterprises with brand competitiveness in Guangdong furniture industry” and “Top 10 enterprises in Guangdong furniture industry with innovation and competitiveness”

2016year: Hongyuan Obtained the national “high-tech enterprises”.

2020year: Hongyuan proudly announces a breakthrough in production technology.we are the best company in sauna manufacture markets！With a production capacity of up to 35,000 saunas, the products are exported to more than 40 regions such as the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

2022year: To better reflect our company’s direction, we officially retrofit automation equipment and upgraded the factory. In 21st century with more fierce market competition, our corporation updates our regulation system and external image to prepare amply for challenges with new attitude.
