2004year: The Turning Point ✣ After years of success with furniture, Hongyuan breaks into the sauna industry with its first infrared production line. Royal Saunas is born.

Our saunas are produced systematically, and automation is used whenever needed, so each Royal Sauna never loses its human touch.

Our state-of-the-art production line—engineered in-house—holds every unit to one standard, increases efficiency, and reduces costs.

As a result, each Royal Sauna is a premium. Our infrared saunas are equipped with Incoloy infrared heating — deeper heat, faster warm-up, built to perform for 20,000 hours. Engineered with Low EMF technology 42 times cleaner than the industry standard.

What's the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?: Traditional saunas heat the air around you, using heated stones or a stove to create steam and ambient warmth. Infrared saunas heat your body directly, using far-infrared rays that penetrate the skin for a deeper, more efficient warmth at lower ambient temperatures. Both are available across our full range — indoor, outdoor, and custom builds.

What is Low EMF technology, and why does it matter?: EMF (electromagnetic fields) are emitted by most electrical devices, including standard infrared heaters. Royal Saunas are engineered with Low EMF technology that reduces exposure to over 42 times lower than typical infrared saunas — so you get the benefits of heat therapy without unnecessary exposure.

How long do the heating elements last?: Our Incoloy and full-spectrum infrared heaters are built to perform for approximately 20,000 hours — engineered for consistency over years of regular use, not just an initial impression.

What wood options are available?: We work with a range of premium woods — including Cedar, Hemlock, Aspen, Mahogany, Pine, and Rustic Cedar — each selected for a different balance of durability, aroma, and finish. Do you offer custom or bulk orders?: Yes. With over 500 product models and full OEM/ODM capabilities, we support everything from single-unit residential orders to large-scale commercial and hospitality projects.

Can I control my sauna remotely?: Yes. Our Pad control system offers full Wi-Fi control, so you can start, adjust, and manage your sauna from anywhere. For simpler needs, our K3, K5, and K9 panels offer varying levels of control, from essential to advanced.
